New Roof Installations

INTERPHASE CONSTRUCTION will conduct a thorough inspection of the existing roof structure to be replaced in order to recommend the roofing application that is best suited for your project.

Upon completion of the inspection, our project manager will schedule an appointment to discuss your options. You will be provided with a detailed Inspection Report that includes pictures and a breakdown of cost estimates for budgeting purposes.

Existing Roof Inspections and Repairs

INTERPHASE CONSTRUCTION schedules its clients’ roof inspections on a regular basis to evaluate both the interior and the exterior condition of the roofing structure. Inspection scheduling cycles are set according to the age and condition of the roof as well as our customer’s input. Our thorough Inspections focus on the evaluation of the condition of over 25 structural components. Repairs are then scheduled following the recommended repair methods specific to the type of roofing structure being repaired.

Leak Detection and Repairs

Detecting and tracing a leak’s point of origin can be challenging but Interphase’s experienced team of commercial roofers will make as many trips as necessary to identify the cause and find its location.

Detection efforts are not limited to the roof structure, many leaks result from problems with caulk joints between walls, perforations on front fascias, foundation shifts, walls, windows and doors.

Preventative Maintenance Programs

The main objective of the INTERPAHSE Preventative Maintenance Program is to lengthen the life span of the roofing structure thus saving the property owner money.
