INTERPHASE CONSTRUCTION provides Standard or Detailed Finish Out Services to address all of your needs. If the property requires a service that we do not provide, we will hire one of our sub contractors to do the work under our supervision.

Demolition & Removal

Interior and exterior demolition services are performed with precise strategies to dissect all non usable materials. INTERPHASE CONSTRUCTION exercises extreme care to protect the integrity of all the structures that are to remain intact.

Detailed Finish Outs

INTERPHASE CONSTRUCTION will meet with the property manager and or the contracted tenant to get the space ready in accordance to the tenant’s specific design and detailed requirements.

White Boxing / Sheetrock Repairs

INTERPHASE CONSTRUCTION will prepare any empty space for immediate lease.

  • Install Clean White Walls
  • Repair Existing Walls
  • Install or Repair Existing Sheetrock
  • Prep and Paint all repaired surfaces
  • Install or Repair Ceilings
  • Install new Carpeting
